Straight answers to what people usually ask before starting a project. Don't see yours here? Reach out and I'll answer it directly.
That's the Starter or Standard package, depending on how much you need to say: a custom-built site designed around your business, with a working contact form so people can actually reach you. Take a look at the demos above or the full pricing on the Services page, then reach out and I'll follow up with a quote.
Yes, a redesign is scoped the same as a new build, we start from your existing content and branding and rebuild the design, speed, and usability around it. You don't lose what's already working, like your Google reviews or years of SEO history, you just stop looking stuck in the past.
That's what Starter and Standard are built for: clear calls-to-action, a working contact form routed to your email, and a layout that leads visitors toward reaching out instead of bouncing. Hobby's simple mailto link is enough for a personal page, but if leads are the goal, Starter is the starting point.
Every package from Starter up includes basic on-page SEO, and Standard adds Google Business Profile assistance on top of that. I don't guarantee rankings or traffic, no one honestly can, but I build the technical foundation search engines expect and help you claim your local listing correctly.
Booking and scheduling tools can be integrated starting at $100, with the final price depending on which platform you use. If it's central to how your business runs, it's usually worth scoping as a Custom package instead of an add-on.
E-commerce, product catalogs, cart, and checkout, is scoped as a Custom package. I handle the design and integration; the payment processing itself runs through a third-party platform, not TN-Tech directly.
Yes. Every package from Starter up includes a contact form routed straight to your email, and it can be built around a quote or estimate request instead of a general inquiry if that fits your business better.
If you have a Care Plan, small edits are included every month, from 30 minutes on Essential Care up to dedicated development time on Growth Partner. Without a plan, maintenance starts at $20–$30/month, or individual changes can be quoted as needed.
I can help set up domain registration and a business email address (you@yourbusiness.com) so you're not sending quotes from a personal Gmail. Ask about it when we scope your project.
Yes, that's a performance audit and optimization pass: image compression, caching, and cleaning up whatever's weighing the page down. Business Care and Growth Partner also include monthly performance optimization on an ongoing basis.
Hobby runs 2–3 days, Starter about a week, and Standard 2–3 weeks. Custom projects vary with scope. Timelines start once the deposit and your content, photos, and business details are in hand, so the faster materials come in, the faster it moves.
Depends on your plan. Without an active Care Plan, hosting is set up in your own name and account, so you're always in control of it. With a Care Plan that includes hosting, I host it for you, and if you ever cancel, you get a full export and 30 days of migration help, no data held hostage.
Yes, every site is built responsive from the start, phone, tablet, and desktop, not a separate mobile version bolted on afterward.
Yes. Once the final payment clears, ownership of your site's custom design, content, and configuration transfers to you. I do keep rights to my own reusable code, tooling, and general techniques, the stuff I bring to every project, but that never limits what you own or can do with your site.
Yes, and it's preferred. You keep ownership of your logo, photos, and brand materials, you're just giving me permission to use them to build your site. If you don't have branding yet, that's a conversation we can have before design starts.
Every package beyond Hobby is already split into installments, a deposit up front, then the rest at design approval and before launch, so you're never paying the full price in one lump sum. Hobby is a small flat rate paid upfront. There's no separate long-term financing plan beyond that.
That's what the design guarantee covers: a fresh design concept at no extra charge, up to your package's allowance, from one redesign on Hobby up to three on Standard. It applies before you approve a design; once you sign off, further changes are handled as revisions or maintenance.
