Ongoing care
A website isn't done the day it launches. Software needs updating, backups need to actually run, and someone needs to notice if the site goes down or a certificate expires. A Care Plan covers that, so nothing quietly breaks while you're busy running your business.
Pick the tier that matches how often you need hands-on changes, from bare-minimum backups and monitoring up through priority support, monthly optimization, and dedicated development time. Every tier is billed month-to-month at the standard rate, no founding discount applies to Care Plans, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Hours & availability
Phone calls accepted Sunday–Tuesday, 9 AM–5 PM, and texts and emails get a prompt reply during that window.
Wednesday–Saturday, I'm not available for calls. Texts and emails are still monitored, and I'll reply to schedule a callback time rather than being reachable live.
